This blend, half Mourvèdre, a quarter Grenache and a quarter Cinsault, immediately attracted us with the brilliance of its rose petal colour with orange highlights. The nose is discreet but complex, it charms with its aromas of candied citrus, white peach and red fruit. The broad palate, which is fleshy without lacking freshness, has hints of raspberry, meringue and candied lemon, all on base notes of salt and spices. Beautiful bitter flavours boost the finish.
