Comprised of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon, this Villa Bel-Air blanc has a beautiful density and the texture is pleasantly supported by a nice acidity. The wine is both consistent and persistent with real consistency between the deep, expressive nose and a fleshy and unctuous mouth. The palate expresses aromas of peaches, Mirabelle plums, lilacs and exotic fruits, gradually revealing subtle notes of pineapple juice. After, the white is fermented in oak barrels at low temperature. Fermented in barrels and aged on yeast lees, 30% of them in new wood. It will perfect with grilled fish, poultry with mushrooms sauce, Comté cheese.
